Wolfy is a bespoke consulting service. We map how a company actually operates, find where autonomous AI agents create leverage, and implement a tailored "AI company" — a CEO agent that delegates to team leaders and specialist workers — that runs on the client's own cloud, with their own model keys and their own data.
The platform is the delivery vehicle: a dependable agentic AI runtime that hosts the organization we design. But the engagement is the product. We audit, design, implement and hand over — and the leverage stays with the client long after we step back.
Most AI products ask you to ship your data somewhere and trust the vendor with it. We took the opposite stance: there's no Wolfy server holding your secrets. The runtime lives on your infrastructure, the models run on your keys, and the agents' memory and decisions are written as plain files you can read. Trust by construction, not by promise.
