Why we built Wolfy.
Most "AI companies for solopreneurs" are SaaS products that hold your data, your prompts and your history hostage. The moment they raise prices, sunset a feature, or get acquired, you lose years of accumulated reasoning. That's the opposite of how a company should work.
Wolfy is a self-hosted AI operating system. Twenty-two specialised agents — a CEO, configurators, operators — share a four-level memory hierarchy and collaborate on your projects the same way a real team would. Bring your own LLM (Anthropic, OpenAI, local Ollama, whatever), bring your own VPS, and own your data forever.
Built in the open
Wolfy is source-available, signed with cosign, deployed via signed Docker images you can audit. The control plane is a thin license server ; the actual AI Company runs entirely on your infrastructure. We never see your prompts.

Wolfy is built by Raphaël Cohen — solopreneur, ex-engineer, longtime believer that the best company software is the one you actually own.
